Meet Kristin

Kristin grew up with a love of sports and always involved in many at all ​times. Post college, Kristin started her career in ministry, but focused very ​little on exercise as she has always been on the petite side of things. At the ​age of 32, Kristin found herself with an 18 month old, still holding on to 20lbs ​of baby weight, and deep in the throws of post pardum depression. Pretty ​desperate to find herself again, she went back to her love for sports and ​asked for running shoes for her birthday, signed up for her local Gobble Jog, ​and started Couch to 5k. She completed that 5k in November, then ran her ​first half marathon that April. Continuing with half’s, she ran her first ​marathon 3 years later and has not stopped. She is now on a life quest to ​run one marathon in every state. The irony of it all is that Kristin was a ​sprinter in high school and never dreamed of running distance.


Always trying to better herself, Kristin found herself in a frustrating pattern ​of hitting the exact same time of each marathon she ran. She upped her ​training more and more, but nothing worked. Determined to have a break ​through she looked at her nutrition. Kristin has eaten whole foods for over a ​decade due to her migraine triggers, but she never paid attention to the ​amount of food she was eating. The FASTer Way brought all of the pieces ​for her together and as a client, she took 25 minutes off her marathon time ​in one race. She has now taken over an hour and a half off her time, ​continues to get stronger and faster, and just became a Boston Qualifier! ​She knows what can happen when you fuel your body on purpose and she ​is passionate about teaching and leading others into the fullness they have ​been created for!



Meet Sam

Sam has always been an athlete and focused on staying in shape to train to compete. It all started with being a competitive gymnast as a kid and morphed to volleyball, basketball, cross-country/track, and softball. She was a 3 sport varsity athlete in high school and continued on to play volleyball and softball in college.


As an adult, she continues to play volleyball and softball and also fell in love with endurance sports and Crossfit. Crossfit introduced Sam to heavy lifting and taught her to pay attention to fueling her body properly. This is where she began counting macros and figuring out just how important protein is for a women's body. The combination of lifting and counting macros was the start of feeling amazing. She realized these basic strategies could change everyone's personal story regardless of why they want to feel good and look amazing. Although she no longer coaches and attends a CrossFit gym, she now uses the Faster Way's strategies to coach her clients.


Sam has to juggle a lot as she works a full time corporate job and is the board president of the Maine State Volleyball Association (MSVBA). She lives with her boyfriend Kevin, his two boys and their two fur babies Bella and Hazel.
